About Us

Graham has worked in the property sector for almost 20 years. Graham has a decade of experience in prime central London and super prime markets, followed by over 8 years running agencies and providing expertise on residential property investment. Graham has particular expertise in property investment and portfolio construction, as well as acquisitions, disposals and trading strategies. Graham joined RPG in 2020 and was appointed Managing Director in 2023. He has a reputation for providing a candid, realistic and holistic overview on property investment and structuring.

Alice has worked in the property sector for over two decades, principally with RPG. Alice has vast experience of hands-on property management. She has overseen the Group’s most important functions of Property Management and Lettings refurbishments since 2002. Furthermore, her knowledge of property refurbishments and development is unparalleled in our sector. She works closely with Graham in delivering the optimal solution for residential investment. Alice is ARLA registered and was appointed a Director of RPG in 2018.

Robert was a founding shareholder in the company. He attended Newcastle University before working in investment banking, initially with Flemings in London from 1994 to 1996, followed by Flemings, New York 1996-2000 and JPMorgan, New York 2000 to 2002. In 2002 he established RPG with James Turcan. Robert is responsible for the strategic plan of the company and the overall business infrastructure. His other roles include work on residential investment, portfolio management and trading. Robert has extensive experience in both finance and property.

James was a founding shareholder in the company. He attended Cardiff University before joining Meyer International PLC in 1994. He formed part of a management buy-out of the construction material importing and wholesale division in 1998 becoming Product Manager of MLM. In 2001 he completed an MBA at London City University, before establishing RPG in 2002 with Robert Brown. James is responsible for the strategic plan of the company. His other roles include work on residential investment, block management and oversight of the property lettings and management divisions. James has considerable experience in the property management sector and is MARLA qualified.
