* Terms and Conditions

  1. RPG reserves the right to withdraw or change the reward without prior notice.
  2. Rewards are only issued for referrals not already known to RPG or already registered with RPG.
  3. Reward only payable once Tenant has signed an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement on a property that RPG manage on the Full Management basis.
  4. Reward will be paid within one month of the Tenant signing an RPG Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement.
  5. A Tenant may only be referred once.
  6. The reward will only be paid to the individual who made the referral and cannot be paid to a third party.
  7. A reward cannot be paid to an individual referring themselves.
  8. The reward will be paid by bank transfer direct to the referrer’s account.
  9. This offer may not be used in conjunction with other RPG offers.
