Residential Property Group was founded in 2002 and has extensive experience in investment property finding AND the letting and management of investment properties throughout the UK.
Investment Property Finding: We offer customers a pro-active, dedicated property finding service. Our focus on the purchase side of real estate transactions has given RPG an outstanding ability to identify only the very best opportunities, which are genuine below market value (BMV) properties, and negotiate their purchase on behalf of our clients.
Both secondary and new build properties are sourced from on and off the open market through our own internal finding service as well as by working with trusted 3rd parties throughout the UK.
RPG works hard on your behalf to FIND the best investment opportunity for you, allowing you to focus on your day to day family and work commitments.
We are experienced property investors ourselves, and able to advise you on the most suitable investments and how to avoid potential pitfalls. We offer free one to one consultations on investment strategy and the management of your property assets.
Furthermore, for investors with large portfolios of residential properties, we are able to provide the following services; bespoke portfolio advice, portfolio restructuring, market research and due diligence, purchase and sale advice, recommended trading strategies, development and refurbishment recommendations, and portfolio accounting.
Property Lettings and Management: A pro-active residential letting and management division. This division has organically grown to manage in excess of 500 properties (approx. £50 million of assets) throughout the Midlands and Yorkshire for our clients. From our centralised head office in Leicestershire we are able to efficiently and cost effectively provide property management services to our clients, whilst having expertise “on the ground” in Leicester, Peterborough and Hull to enhance tenant relationships and provide expertise in lettings. Furthermore, we also provide property management services in Birmingham, Northampton and Corby.
Refurbishment and Maintenance: Given our experience and expertise in developing, refurbishing and maintaining investment properties we are able to undertake refurbishments and efficiently maintain those properties that we manage on behalf of our customers.
