Residential Property Group has extensive experience in Portfolio Management. We currently manage a number of portfolios on behalf of high net worth individuals, pension funds and corporate clients.
Portfolios we currently manage range in size from 10 properties to 100+ properties; we have portfolios that are concentrated in one location and others that are spread throughout the UK. Our hands on approach and contacts within local markets enable us to act as a "single point of contact" for the client. This method of Portfolio Management has resulted in many clients benefitting from increased income with less personal involvement.
We currently manage large portfolios in East Yorkshire, the North West, the West Midlands, the East Midlands and Northamptonshire.
