COMPANY DIRECTORS:
ROBERT BROWN:
Robert is a director and a founding shareholder Residential Property Group Ltd. He attended University at Newcastle before joining Flemings Bank, London in 1994. He was then posted to Flemings Inc, New York in 1996. In 2000 he joined JPMorgan Securities, New York where he held the title of vice president, emerging market equities. In 2002 he established Residential Property Group where he oversees the strategic plan of the company and the overall business infrastructure. His other roles include overseeing portfolio accounting and financial reporting, along with handling the due diligence and legal process involved in property purchases. Robert has extensive experience in both finance and property.
JAMES TURCAN:
James is a director and a founding shareholder Residential Property Group Ltd. He attended Cardiff University before joining Meyer International PLC in 1994. He formed part of a management buy-out of the construction material importing and wholesale division in 1998 becoming Product Manager of MLM. In 2002 he established Residential Property Group where he is responsible for the strategic plan of the company and his other roles include overseeing the day-to-day running of the portfolio holdings, and liaising on all aspects of property management, refurbishments and maintenance. James has extensive experience of property management and project management.
PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT:
SAM MCDONALD:
Sam joined Residential Property Group in 2007. He attended De Montfort University in Leicester where he studied Land Management. Prior to joining RPG he worked in residential property sales and lettings as well as off plan sales both within the UK and overseas. Sam is responsible for the portfolio management and property sourcing both on an individual and coportate level.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT:
MIKE HOOKEM:
Mike joined Residential Property Group in 2011 and works out of the Hull branch. Mike has extensive experience in residential lettings, property management and refurbishment and maintenance project management.
JOANNA MARCH:
Joanna joined Residential Property Group in 2008 and works from the head office in Rutland. Joanna has experience in many elements of property management and is responsible for the maintenance and refurbishment side of the management business.
MELISSA SEEAR:
Melissa joined Residential Property Group in 2010 and works from the head office in Rutland. Melissa has previous experience with residential lettings and property management and this allows her assist in all areas of property management and also assist with the management accounts.
RESIDENTIAL LETTINGS:
NICOLA SILBURN:
Nicola joined Residential Property Group in 2009 and works from our Hull office. Nicola is the main liaison between landlords and tenants.
ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT:
KATIE FOSTER:
Katie joined Residential Property Group in 2005 and is based in the Rutland office. Katie is responsible for running the head office and managing the company accounts. Katie has extensive experience in accountancy and property management.
